Return & Refund Policy
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Return Eligibility by Category
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

Apparel & Fashion: Items like the Elegant 3-Piece Set and Vintage Belts must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and free of scents (perfume/smoke).

Power Tools: The Electric Pruning Shears must be returned in the original box with all accessories (batteries, chargers). We cannot accept returns if the blades show signs of heavy outdoor use.

General Hardware: Items like the Sink Wrench or Car Organizer must be in their original packaging without scratches or missing parts.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective or damaged (especially high-value electronics), please contact us at privacy@hunterleebest.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and make it right.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
